This website (Luxury Homes Oman) is operated by Noard Real Estate LLC, a real estate company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Noard Real Estate LLC is responsible for the personal data collected through this website and through our related advertising forms. This policy is written with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in mind.
2. What we collect
Information you give us: the contact and enquiry forms on this website collect your name and email address, and optionally your phone number (including country calling code) and message. Our related Meta lead forms and conversations with you may also collect your country of residence and answers about your property interests, such as preferred market, budget or timing, where you provide these details.
Information collected automatically: technical and usage data such as IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and how you arrived on the site. We use Google Analytics 4 through the Google tag (gtag.js) to measure website visits and interactions. Hosting services process technical request data to deliver the website, and Google Fonts receives technical request data when fonts are loaded.
We record successful enquiry submissions and clicks on phone, email and WhatsApp links as analytics events, with the page path. We do not send your name, email address, phone number or message content in these analytics events.
3. How we collect it
Through the contact and enquiry forms on this website; through lead forms in our advertisements on Facebook and Instagram (Meta); through email, phone and WhatsApp conversations with our team; and through cookies and analytics on this website.
Website enquiries are saved in our Lovable Cloud database. After a submission is saved, the website requests a plain-text notification through our Google Mail (Gmail) connector to our contact email address. The notification includes the name, email address, phone number if provided, page path and message.
4. Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and contact you, for example for an introductory call.
- To send you information about projects and our services, including purchase, rental and property management.
- To send updates or newsletters only if you have agreed to this; you can unsubscribe at any time.
- To improve our website and measure the effectiveness of our advertising.
- To comply with legal obligations, such as identity and anti-money-laundering checks when a purchase goes ahead.
5. Legal basis
We process your data based on your consent, to take steps at your request before entering into an agreement, for our legitimate interests (such as responding to enquiries and improving our services), or to comply with legal obligations.

- Authorities when we are legally required to.

11. Cookies
Google Analytics 4 uses cookies such as _ga and _ga_* to distinguish visitors and maintain session information, helping us understand page visits, how visitors reach the site and interactions such as successful enquiries and contact-link clicks. The Google tag sends events to the Google Analytics properties configured on this site.
We also use browser local storage, rather than a cookie, to remember your light, dark or automatic appearance preference under lho-theme.
This website currently has no cookie consent banner or consent-management tool. You can manage, block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and clear browser site storage to remove the saved appearance preference.
12. Children
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
